Timings
Wedding ceremonies can be scheduled at Tirtha Uluwatu for 10.00, 11.30, 13.30, 15.30 and 17.30 every day. A sample schedule for your wedding in Bali is as follows:
Arrival in Bali
At your hotel or villa, a welcome letter will be delivered and telephone
contact established with your wedding consultant to confirm the time of a preparatory meeting to go over the details.
Preparatory Meeting
You'll be picked up at your hotel or villa and escorted to Tirtha Uluwatu
to finalize all details and take part in a rehearsal for the ceremony.
If you have chosen to rent a wedding dress or tuxedo with us, a fitting
session will be arranged on this day as well.
The Wedding Day (Ceremony at 15.30)
11-45 Pickup from your hotel or villa
12-15 Arrive at Tirtha Uluwatu
12-45 Begin preparations in suite
14-30 Guests arrive, await in lounge
15-00 Finish preparations in suite
15-30 Start Ceremony
16-00 Finish Ceremony
16-30 Return to suite
17-30 Transfer to hotel or villa

such as Photography/Video and Party/Reception.
